Springs Rising is a dual-stage spring music festival celebrating live music, emerging artists, and the vibrant spirit of High Springs. This festival is about more than competition, it’s about:

On Saturday, March 28th, The Great Outdoors transforms into a full-day music destination featuring:

• 2PM Live headliner In The Moment performance (On The Outdoor Patio Stage FREE)
• 3-8PM The Patio Pro Showdown (On The Outdoor Patio Stage FREE)
• 3-8PM The Rising Artist Showcase (Upstairs In The Opera House $5 Cover)
• 9-10PM Winners announcement and encore performances

• Each of the preselected acts will perform a short set of songs on the patio

• A panel of preselected independent professional judges will score each performance

The Rising Artist Showcase is designed to spotlight up-and-coming local musicians ready to perform live inside the Opera House for a chance to win big prizes that elevate them into the spotlight of the music scene.

🥇 1st Place $2000 Value which includes cash, studio recording, patio booking and gift cards. Additional prizes awarded to runner-ups.

How It Works

•We are accepting up to 100 applications
• A review panel will select 15 performers by 3rd week of March
• Each selected act performs 1 song

• A panel of preselected independent professional judges will score each performance
• Performances are judged on:

• Originality
• Performance
• Engagement
• Overall Quality
• Audience Votes

Who Should Apply?

• IN THE SHOWER SINGERS / KARAOKE KINGS / SOLO ARTISTS / DUOS / BANDS
• Singer-songwriters, acoustic, indie, rock, country, folk, pop & more
• All ages welcome but only one set of winners will be awarded

If you’re ready to perform in front of a live festival audience and compete for real prizes, this is your stage. Spots are limited to 15 performers. If selected, you’ll perform on a professionally managed stage in front of a live audience and judges.
